Vision Hub is designed as a non-custodial wallet. We do not store your wallet data, private keys, recovery phrase, password, settings, or app state on Vision Hub servers. Your app data is stored locally on your device.
How to Delete Local App Data
To delete all local Vision Hub app data from your device, open the app and go to:
Settings → Advanced → Factory Reset Entire App
This clears locally stored app data on that device. Make sure you have securely backed up any recovery phrase or keys before resetting the app, because Vision Hub cannot recover them for you.
What Vision Hub Can Delete
Because the app stores wallet and app data locally, deletion is performed on your device through the factory reset option above. Vision Hub cannot remotely erase data from your device, recover deleted local wallet data, or modify public blockchain records.
