Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain what you agree to when engaging with Vision Hub, including but not limited to any of our content, applications, services, or expertise.
1. SERVICE-SPECIFIC POLICIES
Vision Hub is engineered by Visiondynamics AG. These Terms apply specifically to Vision Hub and should be read together with the Vision Hub Privacy Policy and Self-Custody Disclosure. The broader Visiondynamics AG Terms of Service may supplement these Terms where relevant, but the Vision Hub Privacy Policy controls the service-specific data protection disclosures for Vision Hub.
2. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and your use of Vision Hub are governed by the laws of Switzerland. You expressly waive any right to resolve disputes through court proceedings, class actions, or jury trials. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration seated in Zug, Switzerland.
3. THE "INTERFACE ONLY" DISCLOSURE AND NO FIDUCIARY DUTY
Vision Hub operates strictly as a non-custodial software interface. We do not have access to your private keys, funds, or recovery phrases. We do not act as an exchange, broker, financial institution, or creditor. We owe no fiduciary duties or liabilities to you or any other party.
4. SWAPS, BRIDGES, AND ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Our interface may facilitate access to swaps, bridges, and other features. All such transactions are executed directly by third-party smart contracts or external providers. Vision Hub assumes no liability for failed transactions, smart contract exploits, or third-party service interruptions.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (ART. 100 SWISS CO)
To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law (including Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations), Visiondynamics AG, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors (collectively, the "Visiondynamics Parties") shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, under any legal theory whatsoever.
6. INDEMNIFICATION AND DEFENSE
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Visiondynamics Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising directly or indirectly from your use of the interface, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. The Visiondynamics Parties reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND FEEDBACK LICENSE
All proprietary text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, and computer code (collectively, "Content") contained on the interface is exclusively owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Visiondynamics AG and its licensors, except where we utilize generally available information in the public domain. We reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to our proprietary interface and Content not expressly granted to you, at our sole and absolute discretion.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND SANCTIONS
You must not use the interface for any illegal purpose. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties.
9. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are entirely responsible for complying with the laws of your local jurisdiction in connection with your use of Vision Hub.
10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
By using Vision Hub, you expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with decentralized networks, cryptographic tokens, smart contracts, and blockchain technology.
11. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for determining the tax implications and obligations of your transactions initiated via Vision Hub.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the absolute right, at our sole and unfettered discretion, to modify, replace, suspend, or terminate these Terms or any part of the service at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the interface after any such changes strictly constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
